The BDCC is Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Hampton) newest and most innovative resource for businesses of all sizes. The purpose of the BDCC is to assist in the business development of new and existing businesses in this vast region. The BDCC will be the first chamber created to include a business development and marketing package with each of its memberships.
